CHRISTOPHER JONES
Chris Jones is a serial entrepreneur based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. Jones possesses a rare blend of business, technology, and creative vision that has earned the respect of industry leaders and peers across the globe. He’s a leading expert on customer loyalty and customer experience, innovation and is sought after for his approach to solving problems.
In the corporate world, some of his more notable works can be seen with Bain & Company, Newmont, and ExxonMobil.
Mr. Jones and his wife live in Salt Lake City, Utah, and are the parents of 4 children. Their son, Mitchell Jones passed away from heart failure in 2013. Prior to his son's passing, Chris started the Facebook page Mitchell's Journey which has since gained international attention as both a place for healing and insights on the often misunderstood world of grief and healing. Most notably, his blog has become a beacon of hope to many and an invitation to an examined life.
Mr. Jones has since established a non-profit organization aimed at furthering his mission of purpose, hope, and healing.
A Thousand Points of Light was conceived during the deep work he was doing while immersed in his writing and examing life.
RUSS DIXON
Russ Dixon is a writer, filmmaker, personal development mentor, and entrepreneur. His experience early in his career as a songwriter and touring artist would later guide him toward a deeper curiosity about the human spirit.
After studying communications at Utah State University, Dixon opened his own recording studio and was quickly recruited as the president of A&R/head of music for Shadow Mountain Music in Salt Lake City.
While managing Shadow Mountain Music, Dixon began writing for both television and film winning multiple “Telly” awards for his songwriting and music production.
Dixon later started another creative business in 2006 producing and directing lifestyle films and print campaigns which have been featured on Times Square, international print and TV and for numerous global brands.
In 2015 Dixon took his career inward and began a journey of self-discovery and self-development. He has since designed and facilitated workshops, retreats, and personal coaching for men who are seeking to uncover their deepest purpose and connect with coming more fully alive.
Alongside Dixon is his talented and beautiful wife, Kindee, who works as a spiritual guide and coach. They currently reside in Salt Lake City, Utah with their three small children, Lucy, Skyler, and Miles.

Mike Rowe has been managing the development of enterprise software for almost 20 years and has deep experience in people management and executive leadership.
He has also worked with Chris Jones & Stonewell in the creation of consumer-facing software solutions.
